JSI will visit Sanborn School, 90 Lovejoy Rd, Andover, MA on Tuesday, June 22nd. We can leave exchanges and new rental instruments on the racks outside the music room. If you need to exchange your current instrument, close your account, or order a new rental, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store.

Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT.

Exchanges: Place an order via your account or call 800-359-9351. Leave your original instrument on the instrument racks outside the Sanborn School music room before 9AM on June 22nd. Your new instrument can be picked up after dismissal.

Returns: To return your instrument, simply leave it in the Village School orchestra room anytime before 8AM on June 22nd. Be sure the case is clearly marked with your name and phone number.

New Rentals: To order a new instrument via www.johnsonstring.com, select RENTALS on the left, select ORDER A RENTAL ONLINE, then select DELIVERY, select your school district, and complete a rental contract. Your instrument will be delivered on June 22nd.

Renewals: To encourage players to keep instruments during the summer, we offer free months for 12-month standard and advanced grade rental renewals. Renew a violin, viola or cello for ten months and receive an additional two free months. Renew a bass for nine months and receive an additional three free months. Renew any bass smaller than ¼ size for six months and receive an additional six free months.
