2009-2010 SERVICE TRIP INFORMATION
JSI will visit the Waldorf School of Cape Cod, 140 Old Oyster Rd, Cotuit MA 02635. This service trip is for families registered at the Waldorf School. Other customers please request shipping or store pickup when registering on-line.
New rentals and accessories: Complete your on-line rental contract. Items will be left in the main office at the Waldorf School and can be picked up at dismissal.
Rental Returns: To return an instrument you currently rent, call 800-359-9351 to make arrangements, then leave your instrument in the main office before 9:00 AM for pickup.
Rental Exchanges: To exchange an instrument you currently rent, visit www.johnsonstring.com and click on the “my account” link to set up an on-line rental account. You can check account status, make payments, and order new rentals and accessories online. Leave your instrument in the main office before 9:00 AM for pickup. Your replacement instrument can be picked up from the main office after dismissal.
