Dear Winchester Parent,
Johnson String Instrument will deliver rental instruments to the Winchester Community Music School on:
Tuesday, September 11th, 7:00–8:45 PM
New renters: You can Pre-Register Online, fill out a rental contract at the delivery, or call 800-359-9351 to pre-register.
Pre-Register Online guarantees that an instrument of appropriate size will be reserved for you until 8:45 and calling allows you to have questions answered on the telephone .

-Small violas for children up to about 13 years, and small basses for children up to about 10.

-Basses are available in limited quantities, please call to register in advance for bass delivery.
-School rate for small basses: a nine-month rental requires only a six -month rental payment.
Existing and returning renters: Call 800-359-9351 if you need to reserve new instrument or order books and accessories. A few items will be available at the delivery, but we recommend calling ahead to order these items.
Books and accessories: Public School students will need the items listed below. Their cost will be added to the rental rates above. All prices include MA sales tax. Students enrolled WCMS should consult their instructor regarding any required books or accessories, then call our shop to reserve items.
Violinists and violists: Foam shoulder rest ($3.41) or a Kun shoulder rest ($24.10)
Cellists: Xeros endpin anchor ($9.95).
All grade 3 & 4 players: Essential Elements book 1 ($8.35), music stand – optional ($15.70)
All grade 5 & 6 players: Essential Elements book 2 ($7.30), music stand ($15.70), Korg CA-30 with IPM-100 clip ($29.34)
Please note: We require all renters to provide a credit card number on the rental contract. However, you are welcome to pay the rental fee by cash, check or credit card. Rates include tax and insurance. Renewals can be done through the mail. Yearly rates are less expensive and if you return early, you will be charged only for the time used. Rental equity program: A portion of rental fees paid may be used toward the purchase of an instrument.
