RE: Johnson String Instrument delivery
Greetings!
Johnson String Instrument is located in Newton Massachusetts, seven miles west of Boston. We provide schools throughout the Hartford Area with violin, viola, cello and bass rentals. This year, we will deliver rental instruments to students enrolled in the Simsbury Public School string program. The delivery will take place on:
Friday, September 14th at Simsbury High School
If you would like us to bring an instrument for you, please contact us before Thursday, September 13th to pre-register. You can pre-register at www.johnsonstring.com or by calling 800-359-9351. Instruments and ordered accessories will be left at the High School before dismissal. Contact the music secretary, Carole Twohig, to pickup your instrument anytime after dismissal on September 14th.

-Basses are available in limited quantities, please call to register in advance for bass delivery.
-School rate for small basses: a nine-month rental requires only a six -month rental payment.
Please note: We require a credit card number as a security deposit on the rental contract. Rates include insurance. Renewals can be done through the mail. Yearly rates are less expensive and if you return early, you will be charged only for the time used. Rental equity program: A portion of rental fees paid may be used toward the purchase of an instrument.
Accessories: Students in the fourth grade will need to purchase the Essential Elements book 1 ($5.50). Students in grade 5 and above will need a Suzuki book 1 ($6.25). Violinists and violists should purchase a shoulder rest foam ($3.25), and cellists will need a Xeros endpin anchor ($9.95). A CA-30 electronic tuner ($19.99) is optional, but recommended by your teacher.
