Dear Pine Hill Parents,
Johnson String Instrument will deliver rental violins, violas, cellos and basses to the Pine Hill Waldorf School eurythmy room on Tuesday, September 4th at 11:00 AM.
We recommend that you Pre-Register Online or call us at 800-359-9351 which allows you to have questions answered on the telephone, and also guarantees that an instrument of appropriate will be reserved for you. All bass rentals require pre-registration for delivery.
New Renters: If you wish to pre-register, please call 800-359-9351 or Pre-Register Online. We will take your contract information and credit card payment over the telephone. At the teacher’s request, all new players in the fourth grade will be expected to leave their instrument at the school until their first lesson.
Returning Renters: Please let us know which instrument (and size) you need and we will set one aside for you. You may also update your credit card information and take care of the paperwork by telephone.
Pre-registered parents will not need to attend the delivery in person. Your child will only need to visit the Eurythmy room at 11:00 and we will fit him or her with the correct instrument.
All other parents will be given a contract to complete while their child is sized for their instrument. Please note that we do require a credit card number as a security deposit on the contract. You are welcome to pay the rental fee by check, cash or credit card, but a valid credit card is required.

-Small violas for children up to about 13 years, and small basses for children up to about 10.

-Basses are available in limited quantities, please call to register in advance for bass delivery.
-School rate for small basses: a nine-month rental requires only a six -month rental payment.
Rates include insurance. Renewals can be done through the mail. The longer periods are less expensive and if you return early, you will be charged only for the time used. Rental equity program: A portion of the rental paid may be used toward the purchase of an instrument.
In addition to the rental rates listed above, each violinist and violist will need a foam shoulder rest ($3.25) and cellists will need a Xeros endpin anchor ($9.95). We will bring additional accessories, but we recommend that you to request specific additional items, and we will bring them for you.
