Johnson String will be delivering rental violins, violas and cellos at the Hartt School on Friday, June 18th 6:30-7:30pm. Please meet us in room 21, which is also known as the organ room and is across from the Community Division Office on the first floor of the Alfred C. Fuller Music Center.
We recommend that you register in advance for rental instruments, as this is the only way to be certain that we will have the correct size reserved for you. If you are unable to register in advance, you can complete a rental contract while your child is sized for an instrument. Please note that although rental fees can be paid with check, cash or credit card, we require all JSI renters to provide a credit card number as a security deposit on the rental contract.
Rates include insurance. Renewals can be done by mail, telephone or by setting up an ONLINE RENTAL ACCOUNT. Longer periods are less expensive and if you return early, you will be charged only for the time used. All renters are automatically enrolled in our rental equity program, in which a portion of the rental paid may be used as credit toward the purchase of an instrument.
Some additional items such as books, rock stops, and shoulder rests will be available at the delivery. Please call our office at 800-359-9359 with any specific requests so we can be certain your needs will be met.
Advance Registration is required for bass delivery.
If you are unable to meet us on the 18th, we will be back at The Hartt School in August (date TBA). Alternatively you may visit our store at 11 John Street, Newton, MA or call our office to arrange shipping.
