2009-2010 SERVICE TRIP INFORMATION
JSI will visit the Lafayette School music room, 117 Edith Street, Everett, MA 02149. This service trip is for families registered in Everett Public Schools. Other customers please request shipping or store pickup when registering on-line. to deliver, pick up and exchange stringed instruments and accessories.
New rentals and accessories: Complete your on-line rental contract. Your items will be delivered to Maciej Kaczmarek at the Lafayette School and can be picked up anytime after dismissal on the delivery date.
Rental Returns: Contact our shop to let us know you plan to return your instrument. Return your instrument to Maciej Kaczmarek at the Lafayette School anytime before 9 AM on the delivery date.
Rental Exchanges: To exchange an instrument you currently rent, visit www.johnsonstring.com and click on the “my account” link to set up an on-line rental account. You can check account status, make payments, and order new rentals and accessories online. Return your instrument to Maciej Kaczmarek at the Lafayette School anytime before 9 AM on the delivery date. Your replacement instrument can be picked up from Maciej Kaczmarek after the delivery.
