Dear Avon Parent,
Johnson String Instrument will be delivering rental instruments for Avon public school students on:
Friday, September 28th
3:00 – 5:00 PM
In the Thompson Brook School cafeteria
We recommend pre-registration. You can pre-register at www.johnsonstring.com after September 1, or call us at 800-359-9351 anytime after August 24th. Pre-registration ensures that an instrument of appropriate size will be reserved for your child until 5:00 PM and allows you reserve accessories in advance. If you are unable to pre-register, you may read over and fill out a contract at the delivery while your child is sized for their instrument.

-Basses are available in limited quantities, please call to register in advance for bass delivery.
-School rate for small basses: a nine-month rental requires only a six -month rental payment.
Please note: We do require a credit card number as a security deposit on the rental contract. Rates include insurance. Renewals can be done through the mail. Yearly rates are less expensive and if you return early, you will be charged only for the time used. Rental equity program: A portion of rental fees paid may be used toward the purchase of an instrument.
Accessories: Your teacher has requested that all new players purchase some additional items. These include an electronic tuner, a music stand, and a shoulder rest for violinists and violists. These and other items (.metronomes, endpin rests for cellists, etc..) will be available for purchase at the delivery. We recommend that you contact us in advance if you need items other than those listed above.
