JSI will visit West Elementary School cafeteria, 58 Beacon Street, Andover MA 01810 on Wednesday, September 29th from 5:00-6:30 PM. If you need to order a rental, exchange your instrument, or close your account, this is a good opportunity to do so without visiting our Newton store.
New Rentals: To order a new instrument via www.johnsonstring.com, complete your online contract, then meet us at the school to pick up your instrument.
Accessories: Be sure to ask your teacher if you need additional items. Accessories can easily be added to your order when you register online. Music stands, shoulder rests and rock stops will be available at the delivery.
Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current instrument, please place an order via your online account, or call 800-359-9351. Meet us at the school to pick up your new instrument.
Returns: Meet us at the school to return your instrument and close your rental account.
Manage your account online: You can check account status, make payments, and order instruments or accessories online. To get started, visit www.johnsonstring.com and select MY ACCOUNT.
