JSI offers a convenient 14 day trial period for all of our instruments and bows. Trials can also be arranged online, click here for more information.*

JSI'S TRADE-IN POLICY: JSI accepts all instruments previously purchased from us for trade-in by the original purchaser. Instruments will be credited at 100% of the original purchase price to be used toward an instrument of greater value, minus a reconditioning fee. Trade-in instruments in need of repair will be discounted accordingly.We also accept trade-ins for bows and purchased rental outfits in good condition at 60% of the original purchase price.**

RENTAL EQUITY PROGRAM: JSI has an equity accrual program for rental customers. A portion of accumulated rental fees can be applied toward the purchase of an instrument (of like kind) from our sales showroom. equity can be used for up to two years following the termination date of the rental contract. For details and terms of use, please consult your copy of the rental contract or call us for an equity accrual statement for your account.

*We can ship instruments directly to you for trial. Items valued at $5,000 and over have a $30 insurance charge in addition to the shipping fee. Please note that any merchandise on trial not returned within 14 days in its original condition will be charged to your credit card.
