Johnson String Instrument guarantees any instrument or bow
purchased from our sales department for one year against defects in craftsmanship and materials. Proper instrument set-up, including bridge, sound post, fingerboard, and pegs, is guaranteed for one year from the time of purchase. Written appraisals are included with all instrument purchases. In order to ensure the purchaser’s complete satisfaction, Johnson’s will exchange any instrument in original condition toward an instrument of equal or greater value during the first year of purchase, regardless of the reason.
